Attention:

• This course is held in a hybrid fashion (mixed online and local presence)!
• The task assignment at October 13th, 2021 will be held online (all registered students will receive access credentials by e-mail prior to the first course).
• Reserved room for the course is G29-146. Depending on the capacity COVID-19 regulations teaching in person will be announced via e-mail.
• Only LSF-registered students will be able to participate and receive the login information via E-Mail ahead of the start date.

The registration is strictly nessesary and will become available on September 15th, 2021.

The registration for the course is strictly required. Due to the limited number of seats we will assign the slots by "first come first serve" according to the registration dates from the LSF. The topics will be assigned on October 13th!

Goals and content of the module: Within this seminar the students work on selected actual topics on technical, organizational, judicial, social and ethical topics in IT security on the example of security considerations in medical sciences. The goal is to enable the student to understand and devise application field specific IT security strategies.

Content: Selected hot topics on technical, organizational, judicial, social and ethical topics.: Case studies on IT security mechanisms and problems in medicine, including Apps and Webservices

Form of teaching: Seminar, each student will be provided a challenging topic for autonomous processing. The results will be reported in written and oral form.

Requirements for successful participation: Regular attendance in the seminar and successful processing of a seminar topic
